Staff were warm and welcoming, very polite. I ordered the liver and provisions and ackee & saltfish w/ white rice and was not disappointed. Mom got oxtail with rice and said the food was amazing. Definitely will be coming back again

I ordered off UberEats. I ended up getting the salt fish meal and curry chicken. Both were absolutely delicious!!! Very well proportioned, the food came hot, and my goodness. So yummy! Will definitely be ordering from Aunt Elsie again!

Aunt Elsie occupies space in a small Caribbean grocery store. The oxtail is delicious, the provisions are plentiful and so yummy. Salt fish so delicious. Just go and buy.

This place is a solid 10 outta 10 and needed to be one of Keith Lee's Toronto stops. The food and service is giving the best authentic vibes and might even make you a little homesick for Jamaica. The prices are reasonable and the quality of food is high. I recommend the ackee and saltfish, the cookup saltish a la carte, and the okra. The cooked good was also really good; proper yam and dumplings (My only complaint is the fried cassava (yucca), fish fritter, and festival. It was really greasy (needs some paper to soak up the excess oil) . Will definitely be back to try more items! Loved it

Whenever I visit Toronto, I usually stop in to get some home cooked Jamaican food. As a Jamaican, I'm very discriminating about where I buy Jamaican food but Aunt Elsie's is the real deal. I picked up 2 Roots Tonic for my husband. I bought some beef veggie patties and a large king fish dinner. Everything was delicious as usual. I went back just before leaving Toronto. I got a large curry goat dinner for my husband, a large jerk chicken for me, ackee & saltfish with food for my son and veggie patties. Dee-licious! Highly recommended.

One of the best neighborhood Jamaican shops in town. Its part grocery store, part takeout kitchen. The jerk chicken here IMO is the best in the city,. They also get a straight shipment of hard-to-find vegetables straight from Jamaica. Beats the big box stores. Also, you'll find an assortment of frozen patties here from local producers.
